How it works:
The new
customer pays for a one or two-receiver system up-front (DISH 301/311, or
higher current models), activates their new account with qualifying
programming (DISH
Family, Dish
Latino
, or higher), and begins receiving a monthly
credit of $5 for 30 months (one-receiver activations) or $5 for 40 months (on two-receiver activations).
Customer Qualifications:
Customer
must be a new, first-time residential Dish Network customer. (Check retailer web site or call (800) 333-3474 for
new customer status).
Customers qualify for monthly credits on their DISH
Network account by subscribing to a minimum of DISH Family or Dish
Latino
for 30 or 40 consecutive months depending on the number of receivers.
Customer provides a valid Social Security Number(or ITIN or INSN)during the activation call.
OR
Customer provides the last four digits of their SSN/ITIN/INSN at the time of Account Set Up (and during the activation
call) and pays DISH Network a non-refundable $49.99 Account Set Up Fee prior to their account activation.
Payment can be made by credit card or through Western Union Quick Collect ($12.95 each), Money Gram Express ($6.95
each), or PreCash ($5 each) payment centers.
Customer purchases hardware and receives credits as follows:
Customer purchases a DISH 311 System for $149 and receives a $5 per month credit for the first 30 months = $150.
Customer purchases a DISH311 System and an additional DISH311 receiver for only $199 and receives a $5 per month
credit for the first 40 months = $200.
Customers can upgrade to the following equipment: New or reconditioned 3900, 4900, DISH 301/311, DISH
111(A/O only), DISH501/508, DISH Player-DVR 510, 721, 6000, 811, and 921 at a price to be determined by the
retailer. Please note that the length of monthly credits will not extend past 30 months on one-receiver systems or past 40
months on two-receiver systems.
Customer Also Receives:
Free Professional
Installation on up to 2 receivers.
One Year Warranty on all Parts and Labor.
Free SuperDISH Antenna with an additional commitment to the HD Package, International Programming or Local Programming
requiring a SuperDISH Antenna.
DHPP Available for an additional $5.99/month.
