social security number (or ITIN or INSN), valid major credit
and meet
the appropriate credit criteria.

Please note that at the time of credit card validation,

is reserved on the customer's credit card by DISH Network for a period of
that that ranges from 3 to 30 days.

Customers must pay for their first month’s programming, taxes and other fees upon qualifying for their DISH DBS System.
Subscribers who choose the Term Commitment receive a 6-month complimentary trial subscription to Service Plan.
Customers will pay a non-refundable upgrade fee when a model 922 receiver is activated as a primary receiver on their account. Customers will pay a non-refundable upgrade fee of $99.00 when a model 612, 622, 722 or 722k receiver is activated as a secondary receiver on their account. Upon cancellation charges will apply for leased equipment that is not returned.
