Troubleshooting - Reset your receiver to recover from the number one cause of failure.
Resetting your receiver will fix the majority of issues you may be experiencing. To do this, press and hold the Power Button on the front panel of your satellite receiver for 10 seconds. Your receiver will then reboot.
